RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Hawaii Cultural Services (HCS) hopes you are pleased with your purchase!

We are committed to your 100% satisfaction. Hawaii Cultural Services offers a 15 day money back guarantee in our Customer Return & Refund Policy described below for all media products sold including but not limited to: DVDs, CDs, books, photographs, greeting cards, greeting card sets and other printed gift items or recorded media.

THREE SIMPLE STEPS TO RETURNING OR EXCHANGING A PRODUCT:

E-mail, Pack & Send:

  1. Within 15 days of the original delivery date to you simply e-mail Hawaii Cultural Services at sharon@hawaiiculturalservices.com and describe the defect or damage.
  2. Include your first and last name, phone number, shipping address, email address and the specific date you will to mail the product back to us.
  3. Carefully pack the product and mail it at your own expense, to:

Requirements for a Full Refund:

The product must arrive to HCS address in unopened, like new condition in its original, sealed manufacturer’s packaging complete with all inside materials and inserts intack, and in re-saleable condition with the original barcode (if any) affixed. Original proof of purchase or facsimile (receipt or packing slip) must also accompany the product. All shipping costs required to return the product to HCS are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

Damaged & Defective Products Exchange:

  1. If you received a damaged or defective product or the incorrect order, it will be replaced with a new or correct product and your shipping cost will be fully reimbursed after you return it to us.
  2. Products that are damaged or lost during shipping are not accepted nor will shipping be reimbursed. We advise you take the proper precautions to avoid this.

The preferred shipping is method is USPS.
